2010 Dehlinger Chardonnay "Estate, Unfiltered" Russian River Valley 
Medium-light golden yellow; attractive, moderately intense, spicy, citrus and baked apple aroma with hints of vanilla and caramel; medium-full body; fleshy, slightly buttery, pear and apple flavors with good depth and a slightly creamy mouthfee; lingering aftertaste. Very highly recommended. Vol 39.

2010 Dehlinger Pinot noir "Altamon" Russian River Valley 
Medium ruby with a purplish tinge; attractive, forward, intense, youthful, spicy, dark cherry fruit aroma with earthy notes and a trace of vanilla; medium-full body; moderately concentrated, textured, ripe dark cherry and red berry fruit flavors with good depth, though tending to be a bit tight on the finish; medium to medium-full tannin; lingering aftertaste. Deserves a few more years of bottle aging. Very highly recommended. Vol. 39

2010 Dehlinger Syrah "Goldridge," Russian River Valley 
Dark purplish ruby; attractive, plummy, blackberry fruit aroma with hints of mocha, green olive, smoked meat, and sandal wood; full body; big, rich, concentrated, dark currant and blackberry fruit flavors; full tannin; lingering aftertaste. Appealing to taste now though deserving a few more years of bottle aging. Very highly recommended. Vol. 39

2010 Dehlinger "Claret," Russian River Valley 
Medium-dark ruby; attractive, forward, plummy, black cherry and cassis aroma with hints of green olive, dried herbs, bell pepper, pencil shavings, and cocoa; full body; rich, textured, herbal, dark fruit flavors with a firm grip on the finish; full tannin; lingering aftertaste. Drinkable now though deserving a few more years of bottle aging. High recommended. Vol 39.

2009 Dehlinger Syrah "Frei Road," Russian River Valley 
Dark purplish ruby; attractive, deep intense, concentrated, peppery, blackberry and boysenberry aroma with meaty notes and hints of licorice and black olive; full body; big, forward, intense, extracted, textured, mouth-filling, blackberry fruit flavors; full tannin; lingering aftertaste. Has a bit more weight and depth than their Goldridge bottling, and could use a good five more years of bottle aging. Very highly recommended. Vol 39.

2009 Dehlinger Zinfandel "Guadagni Bros. Vineyard" Dry Creek Valley 
Medium-dark to dark purplish ruby color; attractive, intense, spicy, briary, cedary, black raspberry aroma with notes of cinnamon and bacon fat; full body; shart, spicy, red berry fruit flavors with good depth and firm acidity; full tannin; lingering aftertaste. Developed with airing in the glass and deserving a few more years of bottling aging. Sold only to their mailing list customers. Very highly recommended. Vol. 37, No. 6

2009 Dehlinger Petite Sirah/Zinfandel Blend "Guadagni Bros. Vineyard" Dry Creek Valley 
Dark purplish ruby; attractive, forward, intense, jammy, ripe black cherry and blackberry aroma; full body; forward, big, rich, extracted, peppery, toasty, black cherry and blackberry flavors with a rich finish; tannin; lingering aftertaste. Offered exclusively to their mailing list customers. Very highly recommended. Vol. 37, No. 6

2009 Dehlinger Claret Russian River Valley 
Medium-dark ruby; attractive, fragrant, spicy, black cherry and blackberry fruit aroma with hints of cassis, green olice, and toasty oak; medium-full to full body; herbal, cedary, black fruit flavors with good depth and firm acidity; medium-full tannin; a bit drying on the finish; lingering aftertaste. Approachable now and enjoyable over the near term. Highly recommended. Vol. 38

2008 Dehlinger Syrah, "Estate", Russian River Valley 
Medium to Medium-dark ruby; attractive, fragrant, spicy, blackberry fruit aroma with hints of black pepper, licorice, and graphite; medium-full to full body; forward, rich, plummy, ripe dark cherry and blackberry flavors; medium-full tannin; lingering aftertaste. Very approachable and enjoyable now though also has good aging potential. Very highly recommended. Vol. 37, No. 6

2008 Dehlinger Cabernet Sauvignon Russian River Valley 
Medium-dark ruby; attractive, rich, plummy, spicy, ripe black cherry and red berry fruit aroma that developed with airing in the glass; full body; big, extracted, plummy, cassis and ripe black cherry flavors with notes of dried herbs and toasty oak and a supple mouthfeel; full tannin; lingering aftertaste. Shows distinctive varietal character and appealing to taste now, though desrving a few more years of bottle aging. Very highly recommended. Vol. 37, No. 6
