2009 Dehlinger Pinot noir "Goldridge Vineyard" Russian River Valley
Medium-light to medium ruby; attractive, forward, deep, intense, ripe black cherry fruit aroma with hints of clove and vanilla; medium-full body; rich, moderately concentrated, ripe dark cherry fruit flavors with good depth and traces of cinnamon and cola, and a sily mouthfeel; medium to medium-full tannin; lingering aftertaste. Very enjoyable to drink now and also has good aging potential. Very highly recommended. Vol. 37, No. 6

2009 Dehlinger Zinfandel "Guadagni Bros. Vineyard" Dry Creek Valley
Medium-dark to dark purplish ruby color; attractive, intense, spicy, briary, cedary, black raspberry aroma with notes of cinnamon and bacon fat; full body; shart, spicy, red berry fruit flavors with good depth and firm acidity; full tannin; lingering aftertaste. Developed with airing in the glass and deserving a few more years of bottling aging. Sold only to their mailing list customers. Very highly recommended. Vol. 37, No. 6

2009 Dehlinger Petite Sirah/Zinfandel Blend "Guadagni Bros. Vineyard" Dry Creek Valley
Dark purplish ruby; attractive, forward, intense, jammy, ripe black cherry and blackberry aroma; full body; forward, big, rich, extracted, peppery, toasty, black cherry and blackberry flavors with a rich finish; tannin; lingering aftertaste. 2008 Dehlinger Cabernet Russian River Valley
Medium-dark ruby; attractive, rich, plummy, spicy, ripe black cherry and red berry fruit aroma that developed with airing in the glass; full body; big, extracted, plummy, cassis and ripe black cherry flavors with notes of dried herbs and toasty oak and a supple mouthfeel; full tannin; lingering aftertaste. Shows distinctive varietal character and appealing to taste now, though desrving a few more years of bottle aging. Very highly recommended. Vol. 37, No. 6

2008 Dehlinger Syrah, "Estate", Russian River Valley
Medium to Medium-dark ruby; attractive, fragrant, spicy, blackberry fruit aroma with hints of black pepper, licorice, and graphite; medium-full to full body; forward, rich, plummy, ripe dark cherry and blackberry flavors; medium-full tannin; lingering aftertaste. Very approachable and enjoyable now though also has good aging potential. Very highly recommended. Vol. 37, No. 6
