Our 25 and 32 year old Cabernet vines source two of our wines: The most outstanding hilltop barrels form our "Cabernet Sauvignon" bottling. Remaining hillside wines which we find ageworthy and of excellent and authentic character with supple texture become the "Claret" bottling.
